Here is a picture of him and some of his classmates who received an award for behavior or most improved. Aiden is going to receive 3 awards the 3rd is tonight and that is specifically for his perfect grades. He received best behavior, perfect attendance , and also his award tonight for the perfect grades. I am so proud of my little boy he knows how to make his mommy happy. But he did say mom the award is only a piece of paper which we all started rolling of laughter when he said that. I will take more pictures tonight at his ceremony. Not to be a bragging mother but I just extremely proud. Happy Holidays to everyone. It has been very hard to get into the Christmas Spirit here when alot of negativity is taking place between his father and I. I am working on the Cards they just might be late.... Almost a month

So it has been almost a month since my heart surgery. It seems as if things get better for a little while then they start back up again. My rhythm is definatly better. It is in normal range which I am thankful for, but oh my if I relized I would have had chest pain like I have had for the past month. I would have definatly thought the surgery over more carefully and maybe not even gone though with it. When I said this to the cardiologist today he said it should get better, I should give it approxamatly 8 weeks. So that means another 4 to go. I am just so sick of going to the hospital and people thinking "it is in my head. " Damn it, it is not. The pain is there are at some points it is quite intense. I think the paramedics have been here about 4 or 5 times since I had the surgery, but that is what the cardiologist says to do. He says the heart is no matter to mess around with and it is better to be safe than sorry, which I understand but when you are looked upon at the ER like you are some fool it is so hard to go. Anyway I just had to vent. I really promise I will be on here more often and post more pictures of Aiden. Just recently have not felt like doing that much and when I do it is stuff that has to be done!!!!

Tomorrow is the Big Day

Tomorrow is the big day. We have to be at Good Samaratin in Los Angeles at 7 am. If all goes well I should be home in a few days. Anthony should have my cell phone for those who want to call. Also you can call Good Samaratin once I am in my room which they are saying the surgery will be anywhere from 5 to 8 hours.

Not much going on around here. Just really busy with school. Tons and Tons of homework and studying, but in the long run it will be worth it for Aiden and I he will have a wonderful life to look forward to. I just wish school would go faster. I want to be done, I want to support my son 100% not just financially but also emotionally. I also really want to work so hard for my parents. They have given me so much in my life that I really did not think about or truly appreciate until recently. I want so bad to give them a nice worry free retirement. Isn't that what they deserve, while at least I think so they have given me so much. I can not believe that I am 23 and now just really starting to see it. I owe my parents everything I could not ever give them back what they have given me. The knowledge and most of all the strength and courage to succeed. I love them truly.
I really am hoping to blog more and take some more picture of Aiden and other's to have them posted on here. It just seems as if there is not enough hours in the day. I have classes Tuesdays and Thursdays for 12 hours a day. But it will all pay off in the end.
As for the heart condition, surgery is scheduled for Friday April 3, they are bringing in a surgeon from Florida to assist in the procedure since he is the expert in the heart condition I have Atrial Fibrillation along with a SA Node problem.I am ready for it and I see it as what is meant to be is meant to be. I am just so tired of the medication making me think like a foggy headed zombie...
For some reason I can not get my camera to upload any new pictures. I am working on it I promise. I will try to get them up latter tonight or tomorrow. I promise.

We have been very busy here. They tried to modify my heart again. So we were in LA Tuesday to Wednesday. They burnt at the heart for 5 hours and still no luck. They now believe the arrhythmia is coming from a different part of the heart. So I am going to opt to have that surgery done there again during my spring break.
I know I need to start posting some more so I will I promise. Especially more pistures of Aiden and how he is doing.
My School starts back next Tuesday the 17th. So I will be fairly busy but I will keep up on the updates, Most definatly I want to get the most use out of this beautiful camarea I got.

Sorry For the Even Longer Delaly

Life has been absolutely hectic. School, School, School and more School. Even though everyone around here thinks that I do not do anything. Sorry Guys but I just need to vent right now. You know what guys I do not even care if anyone reads this. Oh well! Question if anyone knows the answer please tell me. I am so tired with everything life in general. All the heart problems I have been having and all the lack of support from people that are supposed to love me. I obviously know my marriage is going no where. It is more of a connivance thing. He does not Love me nor do I think the same of my feelings towards him. The problem is I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. I leave him maybe I am happy but financially I am in ruins(well that is if I am already not). I mean do not get my wrong I would never do anything. I love my son way to much and he means the absolute world to me. What do I do? Anyone have any suggestions because I am lost? I already know that his family hates me. Its obvious even though he had plenty of excuses on why they do. Which by all means is fine by me. Believe what they want or whatever he wants.

I just don't know what to do? Its so hard and it seems like my dream of being a nurse is so far away and so expensive. Should I just forget it all and go get a real job. Like Anthony and his mother say.What about him getting a real job. Part of me thinks that all of these newly discovered heart problems were there, they just did not come up because I was more calm.(I don't know if that is the right thing)

All of the DR.'s say that it is just a defect and can easily be fixed. But when I am going to get some support. Does Anthony really think that I want to go to the hospital every 10 days and go through only God knows how many tests to be told all of these scary answers I do not even want to tell my parents about. For some reason he seems to think so! I know you all probably did not want to hear me vent but I am sorry I needed to get some of this out even if no one reads it or no one cares.

On two good notes here is a picture of Aiden at Disneyland with my new camera. My parents helped me to buy a didigital SLR Camera and I am totally in love with it and taking pictures of aiden. I have had it a month and have over 800 pictures of him.

Sorry for the Delay

Sorry for the long delay in posting. It has been pretty busy here.

Aiden is still doing swimming lessons and doing wonderful he has come so far in the past 6 weeks of lessons. He will now jump of of the side and doggy paddle to his teacher Erin, he will also go under holding on to the wall, he will push of of the wall and swim a short distance to her, and above all he will jump off the diving board to his teacher willingly it was amazing.

I can not get my camera to upload onto the computer so no great Angels pictures from the other weekend. I will have Anthony try later. But this is a picture taken by Yvonne the wonderful photographer that did Aiden's pictures about a month ago. I have a few other ones to post that she took too. For all of you close email me for her phone number if you want picture's taken.

I promise I will post more often.

Aiden and Nonna Baking a Cake

Here are two pictures of Aiden and my mom making a cake. Aiden loves to help in the kitchen. he might just be a chef like his Zio Mimmo! My mom had bought a new baking cook book, so she and Aiden made a cake this evening. We have been doing pretty good staying busy of course.

Just getting ready to watch the Angels vs. Dodgers game. I really want to go out to Chavez Ravine in LA this weekend to root my Angels on! I am unsure if we will go or not. We are going to Angel Stadium on July 4th then again on the 6th.

Yesterday at Ontario Mills I bought Aiden some flip flops and it is so funny because he can not quite walk in them right so he kind of drags his feet along. It's so funny, but he will not take them off. Every waking moment he wants them on. Off to watch the game.

Sorry for the long delay in posting.

Here is a picture of Aiden and his pet Guinea Pig "Dora" who he named himself after " Dora the Explorer" TV show.

I took this picture yesterday after swimming.

Aiden loves Dora. He is always wanting to hold her and let her run around his toys.

We have been pretty busy around here. Today we went to Ontario and went shopping for a little while. I bought Aiden some winter clothes from the children's place. We also got tickets for the Angels game on July 6th from our friend Paul. I am so excited it is picture day with the players. So I will for sure post some awesome pictures after.

Today was Aiden's last day of swimming lessons for this session, but I signed him up for the next session. This time with a semi-private lesson with his favorite teacher Erin. Aiden also jumped off the diving bored today, but Anthony did not get a picture of it I was so sad. Ok, Aiden did not jump willingly it took a lot of coxing and he screamed but I am glad that he did it. My goal after this next set of lessons is for him to jump to her willingly. Hopefully after lessons are over for the summer he will be able to swim a little. I just wish we had a pool. Till later! I will post more tomorrow!

Yesterday, Anthony, my dad and I watched the movie SICKO by Michael Moore. What an eye opening documentary that was. I recommend that if you can watch it to do so. You will not believe what is in the movie. It is about Healthcare in the United States and how other countries including CUBA have a lot better medical care than we do. Pretty Shocking!!!

Sorry no picture right now I do not have any new ones to post. Yesterday we pretty much just sat around all day. We did go to Target that was the extent of doing anything. It is just too hot, you do not even want to leave your house. Today is back to swimming lessons for Aiden, this is the lat week but I am thinking about signing him up again for another 2 weeks. Well I am off to go get ready before my dad gets back with Aiden, they went together for a ride to the bank. I will try to post some pictures tonight.

Aiden and His Girlfriend!!!

So we went to Disneyland yesterday! It was great. When we left Disneyland at 11:15 at night it was 88 degrees outside. Crazy Hot! We did not stay to long but it was worth it. We went on the new ride at California Adventure Park called Toy Story Mania. Aiden and his friends really enjoyed it. Aiden's score was 4,700, My mom's score was 75,000 and I had a score of 101,000 it was a neat ride. We also watched the Electrical Light Parade, the fireworks, we rode the train around Disneyland Park then right before we left we went on Buzz Lightyear one of Aidens favorite rides. Then it was time to go home the kids were so tired.

To Go To Disneyland or Not

Sorry for no post yesterday. It was pretty crazy. Aiden went to swimming lessons. Then we went off to Joyce's house to swim in her pool with Aiden's best friends Joey and Jacob. Aiden is becoming a lot less intimidated of the pool which is great. Hopefully he will be a fish just like his mommy was.

Tonight we are going to Chick-fila with Joyce and the boys and are thinking about going to Disneyland after since we will be halfway there and it will not be nearly as hot at night. It has been about 106 during the day here. Way too hot for my liking! I hate this weather! Give me rain any day. I know you all in England can not believe that I am saying that but. It is just so hot now! Aiden is in a stage where he loves talking on the phone. It is so funny. Pondering the idea to go or not. I would like to go but how well will Aiden do there until midnight. My mom is also thinking about going with us. We will see. If we go I will sure to post some pictures.

Swimming

Aiden went to his swimming lessons again today. He enjoyed it more today. It will be a matter of time before he becomes a little fish like his mommy was. He is taking swimming lessons at the same place that I learned how to swim almost 20 years ago. I think that the fact that his best friend Joey is in the same class is helping him lesson his fear when he sees Joey doing it. He is becoming a little more daring. He let the teacher dunk him under the water and was pushing off the wall letting her catch him. I am thinking about signing him up again for the two weeks after this session.

We are all sitting around watching the Laker's game and Aiden is throwing the ball around pretending to be Kobe!! He is also yelling GO LAKERS!!!! When it comes to sports I think Aiden has it down. Thanks to his mom and grandparents. He absolutely loves the Angels and is always asking when we are going to go to an Angels Game.

Summer school for me starts next week, but I am taking all online classes so it should not be pretty easy. I am hoping that we will be able to go out some more. Lots of plans on going to Disneyland and staying local. I can't wait to spend some good quality time with him since I have been going to classes full time, I feel sort of like we have not spent enough time together. So this summer we will stay busy.

Birth of My Blog

So I am new to this blogging thing but what the heck. I have the whole summer off so I have to do something right. I have decided to do this so many of you far away can share in the joy of Aiden's life and new accomplishments. Things are crazy here so I will try to post as often as I can and will try to post daily pictures. So to all the family and friends out there far far away this is our way of connecting to you! A little update on life: Aiden started swimming lessons today he was scared at first but slowly warmed up. I think he is going to love it! We also got him registered for next year of pre-school. To top the day off we went to Dr.Kwasman's office to check his head circumference because of the hydrocephalus. All in all it went will his head is measuring a little big so we are going to keep an eye on it. My little 3 and a half year old is now a whopping 27lbs. LOL (thats a joke) he is not even on the chart for his weight.

This picture was taken last wednesday and I love it. It was taken by a wonderful photographer named Yvonne that we found. I am trying to convince Anthony into buying me a nice D-SLR camera thats all I want. I think I would love to take somewhat professional pictures of Aiden on a daily basis so that I can post them.
